COMPASS Municipal Services, Inc. is a private company based in Sherwood Park, AB. We are passionate about collaborating with assessors for the purpose of empowering the assessment community through software.

From humble beginnings in a basement back in 1994, our founders began creating a software tool that became a driving force in steering the direction that assessment organizations in Alberta have taken. Today, COMPASS Municipal Services, Inc. is a recognized leader in computer assisted mass appraisal software development. Our software program, CAMAlot, is Alberta’s #1 CAMA system. CAMAlot is used by all but a handful of municipalities in Alberta, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut Territory, and one municipality in Saskatchewan. Our clients have trusted us to deliver software for over three decades.
